Activities in Vietnam

The relationship between the Federal Court and the Supreme Peoples’ Court of Vietnam is well established, with judicial involvement dating back to 1999. The Federal Court entered into a five-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Supreme People’s Court of Vietnam in 2009. Under the auspices of the MoU, activities have been implemented to progress the judicial development objectives of the Supreme People’s Court.
