Activities by area of expertise - Access to justice

Equitable and timely access to justice administered competently and consistently, is a cornerstone of an effectively functioning court. In tandem with continued observance of and initiatives to enhance access to the Federal Court, it has managed projects specifically designed to improve access to justice in India, Indonesia and countries in the Pacific Region.

Materials: Access to Justice and Enabling Rights & Unrepresented Litigants Toolkits, developed as part of the Pacific Judicial Development Programme (PJDP), are available for download.
