To the Federal Court or Federal Circuit and Family Court (General Federal Law Matters)


eFiling fees

For payments relating to filing fees, these payments can be made via eLodgment or over the counter. Further information about  is available on the eLodgment pages.

Marshal fees

For making payments for Marshal fees, these payments are made directly to the Court by a cheque made payable to the Federal Court of Australia or by electronic funds transfer. Information about Marshal fees is available in the Admiralty section of the Court’s website.

Other fees

For making payments to the Court for other fees including hearing fees, file inspection fees, reduced fees in migration matters (Federal Circuit and Family Court only), you can go to the Online Payments page and pay by credit card using a secure online payment system.
