Practice documents are used to provide information to parties and their lawyers involved in proceedings in the Court on particular aspects of the Court's practice and procedure.
In general Practice Notes:
- complement particular legislative provisions or rules of court
- set out procedures for particular types of proceedings
- notify parties and their lawyers of particular matters which may require their attention.
Revoked Practice Documents
Anyone requiring a copy of a revoked Practice Document should email query@fedcourt.gov.au with the details.
