Court Rules - Acts - Regulations
Proceedings in the Federal Court are regulated by the Federal Court Act. The Act permits the judges of the Federal Court or a majority of them to make rules of court not inconsistent with the Federal Court Act. These rules provide for the practice and procedure to be followed in the court and the registries, as well as matters incidental to the practices or procedures.
