New Form 138 - Amicus Curiae

The Chief Justice has approved and issued a new form: Form 138 – Amicus Curiae, which is a form for the purposes of the Federal Court Rules 2011 relating to the certification by a judicial officer when it is determined that an amicus curiae be appointed to a matter pursuant to rule 9.12 of the Federal Court Rules 2011.
Form 138, issued on 17 May 2022 by Chief Justice Allsop, has been uploaded to the list of forms on the Federal Court of Australia website at https://www.fedcourt.gov.au/forms-and-fees/forms/federal-court-rules.
