Referee and Assessor Practice Note (GPN-REF)

This practice note provides guidance on the Court’s practice and procedure relating to orders of referral and orders for the appointment of an assessor, including the standard terms of such orders. It applies to any civil proceeding and takes effect from the date it is issued and to the extent practicable applies to proceedings whether filed before, or after, the date of issuing.
