Appointment of Chief Justice of the Federal Court

Congratulations to the Honourable Justice Debra Mortimer on her appointment as the 5th Chief Justice of the Federal Court of Australia and the first female to hold the role.

Chief Justice Mortimer's commission will commence on 7 April 2023.
