Practitioners are invited to attend a presentation on "Corporations Proceedings in the Federal Court"
The presentation will be held simultaneously in the ceremonial court in the Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney with live crosses between the locations.
Welcome and introduction by Chief Justice Mortimer followed by presentations on the three entry points for Corporations proceedings in the Court.
